What I’ve Learned From Writing This Newsletter
Small choices and nervous system awareness bring us back to our natural state
A moment to pause, reflect, and reconnect
Hi Health Creator,
I’ve been writing this newsletter for a few months now, and recently I took some time to reflect on what I’ve sent so far.
We often think of healing as something we need to do and treat it like it’s a problem to solve, a box on a checklist, or a finish line.
Health isn’t something you fix, it’s something you create, whether that is a conscious process or not.
Week after week, I’ve explored different angles of what it means to be truly well—from stress and nervous system regulation, to posture and movement, to mindset and self-awareness. But underneath it all, I’ve been saying one thing:
Your body already knows what to do. You just have to create the ideal conditions for it to heal.
When I first started writing, I wasn’t sure how people would respond or if they would find my writing helpful. But I kept revisiting my core intention, which is to offer you a different way of seeing your health. I also wanted to give you insight on what’s happening beneath the surface and to reconnect you with your own innate power to change.
In my experience, healing is more about remembering and reconnecting. We have to remember how to be present and connected in our bodies, and proactively treat them with respect rather than only pay attention when inconvenient or unpleasant symptoms show up.
It’s not about fixing what’s broken. It’s about reconnecting to the parts of ourselves we’ve forgotten in the chaos of life.
Stress, trauma, overwork, and modern lifestyles tend to slowly pull us out of our natural state of health. Our nervous system gets stuck in survival mode, and we ignore the subtle signals from our bodies.
Your body knows how to be healthy, it just needs to be free of interference, balanced, and supported with consistent actions.
That’s why in my practice I focus on clearing interference and restoring awareness. Because when your nervous system is supported and free of tension, it naturally moves toward balance.
Healing isn’t linear, but improvement is always possible, and the way forward is often simpler than we think.
So if you’ve been feeling stuck, disconnected, or lost in the noise, let this be your reminder: Healing doesn’t happen all at once. But every moment of presence, every conscious breath, every workout… they all count and contribute towards creating health.
We have covered in the previous letters:
Why we’re more stressed, stiff, and unwell than ever despite having more tools and resources
What happens when we stop paying attention to the signals from our body
How unprocessed emotions and chronic tension get stored in the system
Why symptoms are messengers, not enemies
And how to return to your natural state: calm, clear, connected
As I look ahead, I want to continue creating content that inspires real reflection and real action. If these newsletters have resonated with you, I’d love to know:
What’s a topic you’d like me to write about next? Just reply and tell me what’s on your mind or what you’re struggling with.
And if you’ve found value in this newsletter, would you forward it to someone who could use it? It means more than you know.
Thanks for being here. Let's continue to to create health - one breath, one choice, one day at a time.
