Sometimes We Go Quiet to Reset
Quality over Quantity
Hi Reader,
You may have noticed that this newsletter has been quiet for the past few weeks.
I have not forgotten about this letter but needed some time and space away from it. In my opinion, quality is more important than quantity, and I started to feel like the quality of these newsletters was declining as I struggled to keep up with the weekly rhythm.
One core principle of Creating Health is that we need to work towards balance in all areas of our lives. This is an ever moving target, often chased in concept, but only momentarily realized.
We all have many things we are juggling in our lives, in the domains of career, relationships, finances, health, and more. Keeping everything in balance seems quite difficult to achieve, but all we can do is try our best and not beat ourselves up when things aren’t perfect.
For me, juggling this newsletter with a busy practice and work schedule, self care and family time, added up to a lot on my plate. I always want to be proud of what I am writing and I am renewing my commitment to my audience here to only publish high quality content.
I am taking the next few weeks to improve how I create high quality content and return to a regular rhythm, but not publishing just for the sake of publishing. So thank you for sticking with me here as I work to make this more valuable and interesting for you, Reader.
Wishing you all the best, and see you soon in your inbox.
-Dr. Josh
